We guarantee the freshness and certified organic quality of the produce we deliver. Should you feel that an item in your Food Basket is of poor quality, please inform us immediately (within 24 hours) after receipt and we will give you credit for it on the delivery of your next order. Please, understand that for credit claims we may ask you to return certain items for inspection. Slightly less than perfect produce may be included - out of consideration for our growers' food producing efforts and for reasons of sustainability - and will be compensated for by pricing or by adding another or more of another item. As needed, we will try to indicate this in our Newsflash in the News section on this site.
